In order to take full advantage of the services offered at ACC, we have combined all the request forms in one location for easy access. These forms are grouped into three main sections: Moodle forms, Training forms and Multimedia forms.
Forms Include:
Moodle Forms
All the forms needed to create Moodle courses and projects, add students and project participants, and request assistance in online quizzes
Training Forms
All the forms to request both individual training sessions and group workshop sessions, as well as evaluation forms for these sessions
Multimedia Forms
All the forms needed to request multimedia assistance, including videotaping and uploading videos to the AUB YouTube channel
