The Naef K. Basile Cancer Institute (NKBCI) at the American University of Beirut Medical Center is always in need of dedicated volunteers whose support is always appreciated by cancer patients, healthcare providers, faculty and staff.

NKBCI volunteers are a diverse group that includes students and survivors that have been affected by cancer illness or patients’ relatives who have had an affected family member.

Volunteers can provide support, comfort, education and hope through different approaches and activities.

Our institute is always ready to welcome compassionate new members with good communication skills and a strong desire to help patients in their treatment journey.
