ABOUT US
Mission
To provide simulation-based learning experiences for medicine and nursing students, physicians-in-training, faculty, and practitioners from all health professions across Lebanon and the Middle East. We use evidence-based simulation practices and cutting-edge simulation technologies to address curricula, patient, learner and service needs. Our purpose is to make healthcare practice safer by preparing proficient individuals and teams capable of meeting the challenges of the real world.
Vision
DAWSIM aims to be the center of excellence for professional multidisciplinary healthcare education in Lebanon and the region. DAWSIM focuses on faculty training, certification through customized and immersive simulation experiences including in-situ simulation.
